Solstice Special: Yoga + Sound Bath

🌅 Revel in the summer Solstice with combined ritual meditative Yoga practice and healing Sound Bath. 🌅

Gather, be present and connected with the Earth, Sea and Air all at once, during our closest encounter with the Sun this year.

Yoga will be led by Karen Simnett, followed by a gong bath from Elena Blank as we hail in the Solstice Sunrise.

8am - Yoga

Karen Simnett — Yoga By The Sea  —Yoga teacher and yoga therapist, Karen will guide you to a state of presence and embodied awareness. Aligning with the energy of the longest day through an energising yet grounding flow, embracing the elements, to bring space, stability and peace to body and mind. 

9am - Sound Bath

Elena Blank — Electric Blue Alchemy — Sound Healing Practitioner. Elena will guide a live sound journey attuned to the energy of the Summer Solstice, inviting deep listening, rest and inner exploration through the resonant tones of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®.

What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and any additional comfort items you may wish to use during both the yoga and sound bath. We also recommend bringing water and wearing layers. The yoga practice will gently warm the body, and having a few extra layers to wrap up in during the sound bath can help you stay cosy, comfortable and fully enjoy the experience.

We are an open air venue and all bookings are subject to cancellation for bad weather whereby your tickets will be valid on rescheduled events, or refunds given. Cancellation for this event will be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to start time.
